The Solo Developer

Hi, my name is Thomas Hellesen and I've been programming for decades: C++, Assembler, Java, Javascript, PHP, Python, Lingo (Macromedia/Adobe Director), and now Blueprints and C++ in Unreal Engine.

I also have done graphics work, both 2D and 3D, and some hobby music production, so I have a good few years of experience with assorted creative work.

I have programmed over 200 video effects, check out IntrinsicFX along with a visual synthesizer application called Euphoria. Other than that I have worked freelance for a decade and in assorted software projects/companies.

Now, however, I am dedicated to working on a game called Colony Reign, which I will be following up on this site with blog posts.
